- Failed generations are refunded in credits automatically.
- Unused credits: request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used any credits from that purchase.
- Subscriptions: cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Partially used periods are not refunded.
- Bad result? If a clip came out broken (extra legs happen), email us with the result link and we'll return the credits.
